Maybe you’ve joined the rank and file and stand on line at a chain and get a cup of coffee that costs so much it would make your abuelita faint. But do you think about where your coffee comes from? Women’s e News spotlights a collective of mujeres growing and harvesting coffee in Peru who :

have partnered with a U.S. import company to market their own brand of organic, fair-trade coffee. In addition to gaining more economic control, the women are finding their work is changing their culture as well.

Move over Starbuck’s.
