Eva Longoria and ALMA Awards Not So Live Tonight!

alma.jpgTonight, desperate housewife and Tony Parker’s wifey to be, Eva Longoia, can be seen hosting the National Council of La Raza’s 2007 ALMA Awards. The awards actually took place on June 1st but tonight they air on ABC at 9 am Eastern time. The show will open with Ms. Longoria and amigo Mario Lopez doing a salsa number. The awards highlight Latino entertainment and entertainers. Slated to perform are Beyonce (singing in Spanish?) and my fave, Calle 13.

mario_0704_003a.jpgCould Dancing with the Stars hunk and 90s teen star Mario Lopez be dating recently-divorced Britney Spears? That’s what Spanish daily 20 Minutos is speculating. Please say it ain’t so.

It is possible that the American pop singer Britney Spears has a new man after separating from Kevin Federline.

Spears, 24, had a “crazy night” with actor Mario Lopez, 33, according to American magazine People in its online edition.

Mario Lopez was introduced to Spears at a club called ‘The Mint’. It appears that both celebrated into the wee hours with friends.

So that means they are dating? I don’t see the evidence, but that could just be my denial talking.

Meanwhile, a British tabloid is reporting that K-Fed is out to sell a 4-hour long sex tape of him and his soon-to-be ex wife. Ick.

Eva Longoria is Cheap (and hanging out with Mario Lopez)

longoria.eva.jpgIt’s like a car wreck, those stories about celebs behaving badly and regardless if you buy them or not, they certainly are fun to imagine. Defamer is reporting that Eva Longoria was chilling at a bar with Saved by the Bell’s Mario Lopez (remember him- I think the last thing he did was Pet Star) and Eva was not to happy she had to ::gasp:: pay the bill. According to the report:

Eva was sullen and refused to talk with anyone. When the waitress gave her a $17 bill, she handed over a hundred dollar bill and when the waitress brought back her change, Eva grabbed her changed, snipped at the waitress that “Celebrities should be comped!” and stalked out without even leaving a tip.

True or not, shouldn’t at the very least Mario payed?
