Yesterday Cafe Tacuba rocked Central Park SummerStage. Opening for the rockeros Mexicanos were Rican reggaetonera/rapera La Sista. Her Afro-Caribbean rhythms had me moving my hips but she wasn’t that greatly received by the crowd. Pacha Massive was more welcomed with their more electronic sound even though I thought the Summerstage sound system did them no good. But the main act, Cafe Tacuba packed in Summerstage in a way I have never seen before. So much so that many a fan was left outside because the gates were shut.
