Bettie Page: Rest In Peace
12 Dec 2008I know that those of us in the queer and sex-positive community are greatly saddened today to learn of the death of Bettie Page. Bettie Page was one of the first Playboy models, a dancer, and one of the first people who made “fetish” type sexuality (spanking, bondage, etc) “Ok” in the eyes of the mainstream. Of course, as the video shows, the stuff she did pales in comparison to the stuff today–but that makes me sorta sad actually. How beautiful is this stuff?

NOTORIOUS Irish skirt-chaser Colin Farrell stripped down to his birthday suit to dance for mega-babe Sala Hayek – to settle her nerves about appearing nude in a flick.
Hayek was worred about losing her clothes in the 2006 film Ask The Dust.

“And I wasn’t dating her – we were working together. We were doing a scene where she had to be naked, so I thought, ‘I want to be naked’.”
I want to be naked with Colin and Salma, too!
