22 Apr 2009There seems to be no end to the continuing saga of Miss California vs. blogger Perez Hilton. In less than 48 hours, la Miss appears to have turned herself into a bible thumping representative of the religious right and Hilton appears to getting angrier rather than cooling off.
In the above clip, watch Miss California give her side of the story, and MSNBC manipulate the facts.

5 Oct 2006Italian pop tart Tiziano Ferro has been making the rounds in Mexico to drive the point home that he’s REALLY SORRY about saying that all Mexican women had moustaches. But sometimes pictures speak louder than words:
Yep, that’s Mr. Inopportune Joke himself, having his pasty white legs shaved on national Mexican television by Otro Rollo host Adal Ramones. Way to preserve your dignity, Tiz! God.
Spain’s El Mundo also points out that prior to the shaving shenanigans, Tiziano was “on the verge of tears”.

The war of words going on between ex Kumbia King and group founder A.B. Quintanilla and his ex-friend Cruz Martinez is heating up. Not long ago, A.B. revealed to the world why he chose to leave the group and pointed out that the split was not amicable; apparently he was leaving because he was duped out of 1 million dollars by Cruz, and because grupera star Alicia Villareal, Cruz’s wife, had registered the name of Kumbia Kings under her own name in Mexico.
Now, according to People en Español, Cruz is firing back, and it ain’t pretty:
MartÃnez is angered by the accusation of the missing 1 million dollars, and says that he’ll make things clear “very soon” with documentation that will leave “everyone in shock”. Finally, the musician lamented the decline of his relationship with Quintanilla. “For me, a true friendship never ends. Para mà una amistad verdadera a. This shows me that this never was a true friendship.”
On the Cristina show, AB stated: “He’s not my friend anymore, and for me is just like anyone else that’s tried to hurt my family.” He also said that his friendship Cruz changed as a result of Martinez’s relationship with Alicia. A Yoko Ono regionmontana!

Being a kid just isn’t as it used to be. Especially since now if you wear an innocent t-shirt you’ll be accused of inciting racial violence. All of this the age of five:
A Hispanic second grader and kindergarten student in Virginia were sent home from school Friday for wearing homemade T-shirts that read “Latinos Forever” written in Spanish…
Todd Erickson, principal of Occoquan Elementary School, told the Potomac News that he was concerned the T-shirts would disrupt classes because a protest–the fourth in a week–was taking place Friday in Woodbridge.
“Today it was obvious, straight up, totally clear what was going on,” Erickson said.
Um, what was clear? What was going on? I don’t get it. They are FIVE and EIGHT for the love of God.
“How is that going to disrupt a kindergarten class?” Carmen Soriano, Joseph’s mother, asked.
