Catalina Sandino Moreno who graced the screen in her Oscar nominated role in the film Maria Full of Grace starred as a blushing bride last week in Cartegena, Colombia. The 25 year old actriz from Bogota married her longtime non-Latino boyfriend, David Michael Elwell in a simple ceremony in which, according to Latina magazine male guests wore white guayaberas and the women all had fresh flowers. Catalina will be on the big screen a few times in the not so distant future. She is appearing in a number of films to be released later this year including Paris, je t’aime, Fast Food Nation, and Journey to the End of the Night.
