10 Apr 2009Remember the Pope’s statements about how condoms are bad? How they are only making the AIDS epidemic worse? Well his C-level supervisor doesn’t agree. Jesus Christ shows the Pope who’s boss in this hilarious video which answers the question “what would Jesus do?”
Happy Good Friday!

26 Mar 2009The headline says it all, and it really can’t get much better than this, folks. AP reports on the “little” incident:
Merengue star Elvis Crespo is being investigated after a woman said she saw him masturbating on an airplane en route from Houston to Miami.
According to a Miami-Dade County police report, the Grammy winner was doing it in view of other passengers on a flight last week. That prompted the plane’s captain to radio Miami International Airport.
Officers interviewed the Puerto Rican singer upon his arrival but did not arrest him. No charges have been filed, but an investigation continues.
When asked by police about the incident, Crespo said: “I don’t recall doing that.”
His publicist did not immediately return a message left Wednesday by The Associated Press.
You can’t blame Elvis. Pobrecito can’t get press to save his life, so he had no other choice than to resort to touching himself on a plane. And getting interrogated by the FBI? Priceless.

24 Feb 2009Ayer, la Macha showed you how Obama made it to the Brazilian carnival via Viviane Castro’s pierna. Pero Viviane Castro isn’t the nude carnival queen anymore. That title now goes to Ms. Dani Sperle, who wore a samba outfit that covered 1.2 inches of her body. You can imagine what part of her body or you can see this NSFW picture.
Pero lest you think that it’s a free for all down in Rio or Salvador de Bahia, last year Viviane Castro’s samba group was penalized for nudity.

19 Jan 2009This new viral video ad from Durex condoms leaves me wondering: is this safe or not safe for work? If your boss comes by and sees you watching videos of condom balloon bunnies, don’t say I didn’t warn you…kind of.
Something tells me this ad will be relegated to the Internet and will never see the light of day on TV. At least not in the U.S.

From Bianca Laureano there comes the news that the Catholic church and the National Latina Institute for Reproductive Health actually collaborated on a pro-condom, pro-choice, pro-Catholic ad! ::falls over dead:: Here it is:
Great job to all concerned, and thank you, Catholic Church, for finally centering the needs of the people!

I say it was only a matter of time before a class of those monitored because of their “dangerousness” happen. Not surprisingly this dangerousness has been linked to sex.
Indonesia’s Papua province is set to pass a bylaw that requires some HIV/AIDS patients to be implanted with microchips in a bid to prevent them infecting others, a lawmaker said on Saturday.
Under the bylaw, which has caused uproar among human rights activists, patients who had shown “actively sexual behavior” could be implanted with a microchip to monitor their activity, lawmaker John Manangsang said…If a patient with HIV/AIDS was found to have infected a healthy person, there would be a penalty, he said without elaborating.
Who does this really protect?

14 Jul 2008…don’t try working it on the poles of the city’s metro, or you’ll get carted away:
Chilean stripper Monserrat Morilles wanted to draw attention to what she called the “conservatism” of Chilean society in a special way — by showing subway riders how she earns her keep. Apparently authorities weren’t amused, as evidenced by the above video, which shows Ms. Morilles (a.k.a. “La Diosa del Metro”) being taken away in a paddywagon.
Regardless, it looks like Montse got her point across!

Seems famous people paying for sex is the media story of the moment, with the men involved being made the center of the story and the women/sex workers involved being pushed further into the margins at best, demonized at worst. The latest is futbol player Ronaldo being the latest, claiming that three transwomen are extorting him.
The 2002 World Cup winner picked up three prostitutes.
When they all booked into a motel, the AC Milan striker discovered that the prostitutes were in fact men.
According to Rio police, he alleges that the transvestites then tried to extort money from him.
