Students Arrested at AZ. State Capitol opposing SB 1070

23 Apr 2010I came to this video through the Amplify Your Voice website. Sarah wrote a post called WTF Arizona?? Young people fight back in AZ and across the country for immigrant rights! This peaceful demonstration occurred on April 20, 2010. Sarah writes:
Luckily, young people are standing up and fighting back. In Arizona, a group of nine students turned to non-violent civil disobedience by chaining themselves to the state capitol in Arizona in protest of SB 1070. They were subsequently arrested. Check out the video here:
