21 Jul 2009Embattled R&B star and woman beater Chris Brown has something to say: he’s sorry.
Damn right he’s sorry. One sorry excuse for a human being. But that’s just my opinion.
What do you think? Are you convinced by Brown’s apology? Should the world just let him get on with his life as Rihanna has? Let us know your thoughts in the comments.

He is a sorry excuse. I understand that people mess up and there is a lot of pressure to handle for people in high profile situations, but they understand that going in and that’s sometimes the main reason they do what they do.
I do think that Brown is sincerely sorry for what he did, perhaps only because he got in trouble. I can see him, though I don’t know him on a personal level, to be the kind of person to be regretful solely because he got caught and everyone now knows what kind of a person he is.
There is no jail time (unless he violates his probation terms)? Some people are above the law and some people aren’t. What’s the determining factor: money. Dante Stallworth (NFL Player) killed someone while driving drunk earlier this year and is not in jail. More severe case and same result.
He will always have this incident tied to his name and until he messes up again, we can only go on with our lives knowing that the “celebrity treatment” happens all-too-often. I hope Rihanna doesn’t have to regret her decision to stay with the obviously immature Chris Brown.
