Attack at the U.S. Holocaust Museum Kills a Security Guard

jamesvonbrunnYesterday James W. Von Brunn walked into the Holocaust Museum in Washington, D.C. and opened fire, killing an African-American security guard, Officer Stephen Tyrone Johns.

Von Brunn isn’t just a lone gunman. He seems to have ties to anti-Semitic and neo-Nazi organizations. He even wrote a book titled “Kill the Best Gentiles,” in which he wrote:

We are witnessing today on the world stage a tragedy of enormous proportions: the calculated destruction of the White Race and the incomparable culture it represents.

The line from hating one group of people to another is a short one and not surprisingly, Von Brunn hated immigrants too. From a public email:

Millions of low-IQ non-whites are encouraged to illegally invade the USA. They are provided sanctuary, jobs, health-care schooling, by those intent upon destroying Western Civilization.

In April, our friends at the Department of Homeland Security released a report warning everyone that something like this was going to happen:

Anti-Semitic extremists attribute these losses to a deliberate conspiracy conducted by a cabal of Jewish ‘financial elites,’” the report read. “These ‘accusatory’ tactics are employed to draw new recruits into right-wing extremist groups and further radicalize those already subscribing to extremist beliefs.

Von Brunn was also shot and remains in critical condition. Just one day after the shooting, it is being dismissed as the act of one crazy man, just as the shooting of Dr. Tiller was the act of a lone man, just as the deaths of Marcelo Lucero, Luis Ramirez, and Angie Zapata were the acts of one lone individual. Disconnecting any and all hate crimes from the history of the United States and the growing louder by the minute rhetoric coming from the “media” ensures one thing, that we will continue to see a rise in these types of acts of violence even in this “post-racial” era.
