The thing I was struck most by was the lack of laughter from the audience.

I just sat down to watch this and I wonder about the privilege a U.S. audience has to sit back and laugh at the situation, however politically pointed.

Although I must say I was glad that someone actually made the analogy of Mexico flaying rockets into the U.S. instead of the Canada analogy we’ve been seeing. I mean cuz we all know it would be the Mexicans to do something like that. ::rolls eyes::

I admire his courage to speak the truth. He is telling the truth. All the media and the politicians are one sided.
I can’t believe they allow this to happen? I can’t believe
they are standing and watching massacres being committed.
Jon Stewart is the only one who is courageous enough to
tell the truth. Kudoos for you Jon

Finally, someone can speak semi-freely on what is really happening in GAZA in US media

the real shame is on US taxpayers who are paying for this atrocious war and allowing their democratic government to support the war, and the seize before it, of gaza

i urge everyone to read alternative views on the israeli-palestinian conflict … but no shame in dark humor …
