Last week we wrote about the large number of women being killed in domestic violence situations in the Dominican Republic. One man is making a statement with his body and cow’s blood to denounce the femicide.

Now, you have to admire this man’s dramatics and no one should argue with his statement that all men carry machismo, pero I’m sure he knows some real women and some real men he can do some work with. In fact in the Dominican Republic there are organizations working, advocating for mujeres, and protesting the violence. I just hope that after his blood bath and 15 minutes of fame he did something real.
