Presidential Debate Hangover: I words and That One

I’m suffering from debate fatigue. I never expected much but as these go on, I become more tired of the same lines: of McCain saying my friend and his inability to look at Obama, refer to people of color speakers by name, including calling Obama “that one”, McCain saying that Iran is looking for a second holocaust, McCain making “red” or communism exmplified by Putin’s eyes Obama’s war mongering when referring to Pakistan.

The only clear “win” moment between the two as around health care. Obama stated that health care was a right while McCain cited it as a responsibility, making it seem that uninsured people, like me, make a choice in not having health care. That we don’t care when really the only choice I have is health care or food.

And the dirty word of the evening again, was immigration.
