McCain Goes After the Angry That Hillary Isn’t the Dem Nominee Vote

25 Aug 2008I caught this new McCain ad as I waited to board my plane to Denver yesterday. My initial reaction was : How the hell is it McCain’s business why Obama didn’t pick Clinton as his running mate (it probably has nothing to do with the pretty overt racism carried out by her campaign- right?).

My number one fear in all of this is that these tactics actually work with that demographic…there are already those who are all too willing to vote McCain out of spite without the prodding.

Hopefully, the “Never would have voted before, but will this election because one of the candidates actually inspires me” crowd will negate the Angry over Hillary crowd.
Honestly, I wish Obama would have chosen a woman VP, tho, I’m not a big fan of Biden, and he doesn’t really do much to meet the Angry about Hillary voters halfway.
