One of the acts I’m most excited to see and hear at the LAMC is Julieta Venegas. The accordion and guitar wielding Mexicana is releasing her Unplugged CD and DVD on June 17th. From the press release:

The Unplugged session was recorded on March 6th in Mexico City and will air on MTV Tr3s on June 5th. Julieta is also MTV Tr3s’s June “Artists Speaking Tres” star.

Maybe June should be called the mes of Julieta?
