Barack Obama gets Endorsed by Former Candidate Dodd

26obama-600.jpgOnce they were rivals, but now they’re amigos. Former Presidential candidate, Senator Christopher J. Dodd, announced his endorsement of Barack Obama this morning.

“I don’t want a campaign that is divisive here, and there’s a danger in that,” Senator Dodd said. “Now is the hour to come together.

While Dodd was an unlikely bet for pres, he’s no slouch in the Democratic party. He was a former chairman of the Democratic National Committee and is also a Democratic superdelegate.
