According to a poll held by the National Institute for Latino Policy, Latino “opinion leaders” in the U.S. project that Latino voters will support the candidacy of Hillary Clinton for President of the United States. Who are these Latino opinion leaders? 689 people across the country polled between January 16th and 24th, 2008. This survey was administered through the Internet using a web survey service. Yet out of those same Latinos, only 43 percent said that they personally plan to vote for Clinton. More than a quarter (30 percent) indicated that they personally planned to vote for Obama.
