Michelle Rodriguez Out of Jail Early

michellerod.jpgI've got a case of deja vu. Didn't we post this same news back in 2006? That was when Lost star Michelle Rodriguez got sprung from jail because of L.A. jail overcrowding. Well, it must still be really crowded in there, as Rodriguez served only 17 days of her 180-day sentence.

In case you're just tuning in, Rodriguez was arrested for drunk driving in April of 2006 (and asked the arresting officer to kill her) and was sentenced to 60 days in jail. She served a couple of days, promising to do community service. She never showed, so was sentenced to the 180-day sentence she was serving until her release yesterday.

Way to deter bad behavior, Los Angeles!
