Ingrid Betancourt’s Mother Says Si To Chavez

The mother of FARC hostage and once Colombian presidential candidate, Ingrid Betancourt, and other relatives of FARC hostages, went to Venezuela this weekend. While Venezuela didn’t move forward with constitutional reforms promoted by President Hugo Chavez, Yolanda Pulecio and other Colombians trust that he will be the one to insure the safe return of their loved ones.

Very interesting…if that’s true how terrible is it that Colombia would sell out people’s lives just to spite Chavez.
