cursi.jpgWe’ve been giving you bits and previews of Circo’s new album Cursi but you don’t have to settle anymore. Today the 14 track third album by the band that defies genres is out and it sounds hot! Last week I had a chance to talk to lead singer Fofé, who is from pretty near from where mu abuelo is from in Puerto Rico. Hopefully we’ll have the audio from the interview soon (technology be damned). But Fofé did tell me that the album features some hot producers who have worked with big English language musical acts. He also told me that he was fine with the band’s music not fitting into one tight little genre. That it was more important for them to be true to their musical tastes, integrating many influences. The album is meant to be accessible to all, with universal themes such as falling in and out of love.

You can check out Circo’s Cursi on iTunes and in music stores.
