Felicidades Chile

I'd be remiss (and a bad partner to a Chileno and parent to half Chilean children) if I didn't wish Chile happy fiestas patrias today. Dance a cueca, have an empanada, and drink some chicha. (And yes I know Peruanos will argue about the origin of all these things, take it up with a Chileno, I just live with one).
