The Chilean capital of Santiago fell asleep last night to an explosion outside the British embassy there. Thankfully there were no casualties or injuries. Around 10:15 pm “a small cylinder with exploding powder and a timer” went off. No organization has yet taken credit for the explosion and a police investigation is underway.
