farmers-branch.gifFarmer’s Branch, Texas is out of luck for now when it comes to enforcing their anti-immigrant policies thanks to the decision of a judge on Tuesday. Currently American Civil Liberties Union and the Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund (MALDEF)have a suit questioning the legality of the ordinances.
