It’s been just over a month since early term abortions were legalized in Mexico City and already the procedure is at risk of being repealed. Mexico’s Supreme Court said it will hear a legal challenge to the law legalizing abortion. In the meantime, the capital’s mayor promised hospitals would continue to perform abortions.
