Castro's Doctor: "Fidel will live past 140"

PH2007052400090.jpgWhat was I thinking when I told you that Fidel Castro was on the verge of death back in January? I feel foolish now, what with all the new photos of him looking spry and his own doctor's prediction that he will live to see the age of 140:

The leader of the revolution, Fidel Castro, will live past 140 years, according to Cuban doctor, Eugenio Selman, who has been on the presidential medical team for years.

Selman, who in 2003 created the "120 year-olds club" with the objective of uniting people of any age and from all over the world who desire "satisfactory longevity", told journalists that Castro won't need to join that club because "he'll live past 140."

God, I guess Michael Moore was serious about that Cuban healthcare system. If this is true, they can practically raise the dead. I guess all that celebrating in Miami was about 60 years too early.
