Hi,
I just wanted to say I love reading Vivirlatino, but I was honestly more than a little disappointed that the holiday post would read “Feliz Navidad” and Happy Hanukkah!” with no mention of Kwanzaa. For many African Americans and biracial Latinos for that matter, this is a very important holiday and I don’t think we should alienate those who observe it by leaving it out at this time of year. Thanks. Keep up the otherwise good work!

Sorry, Chami.
Vivirlatino team is ashamed to learn that we missed to mention Kwanzaa in this post. There was no intention to do so.
We will be happy to receive more info about that holiday (we could google it, but think is a good idea to get it directly from you!).
Happy Kwanzaa!
Even though is a little bit late now
