Michelle Rodriguez Gets Her Get out of Jail Early Card

michelle_rodriguez.jpgThe Latina Lost star was released last Thursday after serving a tiny portion of her 60 day jail sentence for violating her probation by driving under the influence in Hawaii late last year. According to People en Espanol, Michelle Rodriguez actually spent a total of 4 hours and 20 minutes incarcerated. The reason for her release? Overcrowding in the Los Angeles jail system which forced the release of non-violent offenders. Michelle is still required to perform 30 days of community service and will be under probation for 2 years. And where did the star go to celebrate her early release? A bar - of course.
