Latina Magazine is reporting that the buzz in Miami and Colombia is that Miss Shakira may be Mrs. Shakira (or Mrs. de La Rua if you will). She’s been engaged to Antonio de La Rua, the son of the former president of Argentina for over a year now and the rumores are that the boda is set for October in Uruguay.
