a167[1].jpg10:52: Award for “Best Regional Mexican Album”…Marco Antonio Solis…yayayada…

WINNER: Intocable!

10:54: Here we go with RBD. Damn, the sound is terrible. Their voices aren’t all that strong to begin with, but pobrecitos, this is not helping them AT ALL. Why does the guy keep saying “Venga RBD!!!” Like he’s ordering the girls to start singing. Annoying. Okay, I really cannot see the appeal of these guys. Even Onda Vaselina was better than this! Man, what’s happened to Mexico since I’ve been gone?

10:56: That’s it folks! Happy to have been your snarky companion on this deep artistic journey…oh wait, of course, it’s not really over. That would be too easy. RBD AGAIN. Maybe this wil sound better…Confetti, okay good start…rolling the credits…they are so gonna get cut off…teenagers jump onto the stage…RBD has to flee! Abrupt CUT.

Good night!

I know on the East Coast live version she wasn’t seen again either after she won her award early in the show.

if you see the whole list of awards here:

you will notice that many of them were not shown being awarded during the awards. so i am just assuming that the rest were during commercials or were cut for the TV. sucks because i want to see all of it :p i’m guessing it’s because the ones not shown were mostly for celebs who didn’t show up.
